Rescheduled: 2025 JJWMC Dr. MLK Day of Service (Public)

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Western Maryland Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc is excited to host an MLK Day of Service Food Drive to combat food insecurity. We invite the community to drive through and drop-off your donations. 

The event is rescheduled for Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 9:00 - 12:00 pm at the 413 Burck Street location of the Boys & Girls Club of Frederick County. 

Donations will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Frederick County, the Maryland Food Bank, and the Frederick Rescue Mission.

Items Most Needed: • Shelf-stable meals • Shelf-stable milk • Breakfast items • Instant mashed potatoes • Canned chicken, tuna, or salmon • Boxed “meal makers” • Canned soups • Canned beans • Peanut butter • Jelly • Juice 100% • Pasta • Canned vegetables • Nuts or seeds • Toiletries • Fruit cups in juice • Rice
